Pooky Perks
To thank all of our lovely customers for shopping at Pooky, we’ve launched a scheme called Pooky Perks.
It’s pretty simple. We give you Pooky Perks every time you shop with us, which can be redeemed against any future purchases with Pooky. (Please note that a) you must be logged in to your account when you order or you will not get the Perks, b) Perks are only applied to online orders) and c) perks are not available for customers on our trade program in the US.
To redeem your Perks, just log in to your account, put your items in the basket and then at checkout, you will be offered the option to redeem your Perks.
Simple as that.

Terms & Conditions
1). Pooky Perks (“Perks”) are loyalty points awarded to customers for shopping with Pooky Lighting Inc (“Pooky”) online and to customers who introduce new customers to Pooky.
2). Pooky Perks should be redeemed within 12 months of receiving them. Perks unused after this time may be removed by Pooky, at Pooky’s discretion.
3). Pooky Perks may be used as part or whole payment for any Pooky purchases, including sale items.
4). In the case of Pooky Perks awarded to customers introducing new customers, the Perks will be awarded once the new customer has made their first purchase. Pooky reserves the right to remove these Perks in the event that the new customer returns their order.
5). In the event that items are returned from an order then the Perks earned will be deducted based on the value of the goods being returned (less the returns charge for sale items, which is $10 per order returned).
6). Pooky Lighting has the right to amend the terms for earning Pooky Perks. This will not affect Perks earned historically but it may increase or decrease the rate at which Perks can be earned in the future. This will be communicated to customers through the website and through ongoing communications to customers.
7). Customers will be able to check their Perks balance by logging in to their account on the Pooky website.
8). In the unlikely event that Pooky becomes aware that the Pooky Perks scheme is being manipulated in a way that is outside the spirit of the scheme (order splitting, cyber fraud, unusual trading patterns), Pooky reserves the right to restrict access to the scheme at their own discretion.
9). Pooky reserves the right to cancel the Pooky Perks scheme at its discretion at any time. In this event, Pooky will communicate with customers and ask them to redeem their Perks within a certain time.
10). Perks will only be applied for online purchases where the customer has logged into their account and excludes any delivery costs paid. Orders placed by email, phone or in person will not qualify for Perks.
11). Perks are only available when used against a repeat online order. No cash alternatives.
12). Perks earned from previous orders take up to 14 days to confirm and show in your account to be used against future orders.
13). Perks earned from referring other customers can take up to 30 days to confirm and show in your account to be used against future orders.
