How can I place my order?

Sales or promotional discounts

We do run promotional sales from time to time. These will either be automatic discounts applied to certain items or via promotional codes that you need to enter at the checkout. Please note you cannot use more than one promotional code at any one time and most will not be applicable to already discounted items.

Pooky Perks

We offer a points scheme for any customers that place an order with an account on our website. For every logged in order you place you will earn a certain amount of “Pooky Perks” that you can use against a future order. For more information please see here. Please note Pooky Perks cannot be earned for orders placed under a guest checkout and we will not apply them retrospectively unless under special circumstances.

Can I call you to place my order?

All orders should be placed through the website, however if you are having trouble then you can email your order over to us to hi@pooky.com but please be advised this will take slightly longer. We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours.
